TCI Powder Coatings Announces Changes to the QA Team

We are excited and eager for the changes that the QA team will be undergoing as of October 3rd, 2016. Positions will be changing, employees will be shifting focus, and some will be leaving the QA team for other positions within the company. All changes were carefully considered and made to further the success of TCI and our employees.

Rodney Usry will be returning to his previous position in the R&D lab. We have greatly appreciated Rodney’s assistance and vast expertise in solving customer complaints within the QA group as Manager. His contribution to the group will be missed, yet we know he will continue to excel within the lab.

Eddie Adams, an employee of TCI Powder Coatings since 2005, will now be QA Supervisor. Since his start at TCI, Eddie has worked in QC as a technician and in the bonding division. Eddie has years of experience in supporting the complaint process and enforcing quality, and we know that he will continue his success in his new position.

Clarence Geter, an employee of TCI for over two years, was recently promoted to Senior QA Technician. His attention to detail, ability to provide assistance addressing complaints, and quality of work have gained him respect throughout the company. We are eager to see his contributions as he takes on this new role.

Chad Yarbrough has been promoted to QA technician. Previously a QC technician for one year, Chad has shown initiative and problem solving aptitude. He will also aid in solving customer objections.

Please help us welcome these employees to their new areas of work, and join us in congratulating those who have received promotions.
