TCI is thrilled about the new addition to our Customer
Service Team, Tiffany Downing. Tiffany was previously filling a temp position
for TCI’s accounting department. In her new role as Customer Service
Representative she will be responsible for customer engagement, answering
questions, providing solutions, managing all account communication and further
enhancing the relationship between TCI and their customers.
Tiffany stated that she is most excited for the growth this role will bring. Being able to help grow the business through an enhanced
customer experience, and also personal growth as she learns to mitigate
complicated situations and create more genuine customer bonds.
Tiffany is a fourth generation native of Key West, FL and
has recently moved to Ellaville, Georgia to be closer to her family. Her
husband, Mark Downing has also joined TCI and is currently working in the receiving
department. Tiffany loves spending time with her family, and has a 4-year-old
daughter, Alice Marie. Some of her hobbies include hunting, fishing, baking and
handcrafting DIY projects. Welcome to the team Tiffany!
